How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 7–20 business days. Express options are available at checkout and take approximately 6–8 business days. Please allow extra time during holidays.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Please contact us before sending back any product.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To begin a return or exchange, please email us at support@jindoli.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Will I get a full refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use it to monitor your shipment in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@jindoli.com.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately with your correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address. Unfortunately, once it has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?
